01
Look at the whole construction
The covering paper is only one part of a rigid box. Board, insert, adhesives, inks, ribbons, magnets and coatings contribute to the complete pack. Removing an unnecessary layer or reviewing the insert can be worth exploring, provided the product still receives the protection it needs. A natural colour alone does not demonstrate lower environmental impact.
02
Keep different claims separate
Recycled content describes the origin of some fibres. Recyclability depends on the completed construction and the collection and processing systems where it is discarded. FSC references relate to sourcing and chain of custody; they do not establish compostability or PFAS absence. Each claim needs its own scope and supporting information.
03
Choose the paper and verify feasibility
You can specify a paper, supplier reference or required property. We assess availability, printing, folding, gluing and minimum quantity. A special paper may require more than the generic 250-piece reference per model. Before confirmation, we identify the documents available for the proposed material and any checks still needed.
