Creative and structural scope.

How we quote
A custom packaging quote should show where every cost belongs.
We separate direction, prototype or sample and tooling, production, freight, duties, delivery, tax and optional operations.
Illustrative direction study — not client work, production proof or performance evidence.
Before the concept
What do you need for a custom packaging quote?
Start with four inputs in FORM: we prepare the brief to review for a proposal. If you have dimensions, weight, caps or pumps, photos or a logo, add them to the project.
Start the brief in FORMProduct or family
What do you sell, and which elements need to belong to the same range?
Quantity per model
Give the expected quantity for each format or model. We work on projects from 250 pieces for each model.
Destination and use
Where will the packaging be sold or used, and what experience should it create?
Desired timing
Tell us when you want to start and which steps must be checked before production.
Example brief: 500 bottles, 500 cartons and 250 bags for the same range. Give quantities for each model rather than one combined total.
Cost perimeter
A custom packaging quote can contain several separate costs.
The exact scope depends on structure, materials, finishes, insert, quantity and destination. FORM prepares a personalized visual concept, simplified 3D and an indicative planning budget with estimated sea delivery. An all-in estimate applies only when explicitly stated, within the displayed scope, before VAT. Physical fit, production specifications and a firm offer require technical review and production confirmation.
When included and required.
Packaging manufacture only.
By route and terms.
By destination and tax treatment.
Separate after feasibility review.
Before a formal offer
The brief must freeze the variables that move the number.
A price is meaningful only when the product and commercial perimeter are sufficiently defined.
Straight answers
Useful questions before a quote.
Structure, board, finish, insert, printing, quantity and production route change the cost. A generic number would hide the real perimeter.
