FORM is an AI packaging assistant. Generated or AI-edited images and simplified 3D previews are illustrative proposals, not photographs of a manufactured item or manufacturing specifications. A designer checks feasibility, measurements, materials and the agreed scope before production. You may request a human review through our contact channels.

Concepts, images and indicative budgets are not binding offers. Scope, rights, price, MOQ, timing and delivery terms require an exact written offer. A FORM sample payment applies to the specific reviewed offer explicitly accepted by the customer.
FORM planning budget
FORM shows indicative sea-delivery estimates before VAT. All-in coverage applies only where expressly stated and only to the displayed scope. Physical fit and production specifications require technical review; the production offer requires confirmation of production.
FORM physical sample and payment
Following technical feasibility review, FORM may offer a physical sample at €120 with shipping included, or a €50 sample shown in a real video without shipping. Tax treatment is stated in the offer and checkout. The customer accepts that specific offer and pays through Stripe; payment is confirmed from the verified payment result. Precise measurements and physical-fit review are required before sample production. The amount actually paid is credited once against the next order for the same project.

BlackSea LOGI develops and supplies custom packaging. Production in China follows the confirmed structure, materials, quantities, technical requirements and written commercial scope.
