We use the information needed to respond to your request, provide FORM, prepare a quotation and manage samples and orders. The basis is pre-contractual steps or a contract when you are a party to it; for business representatives, our legitimate interest in managing the professional relationship. Security and fraud prevention rely on legitimate interests, and accounting or tax records on legal obligations. Optional analytics and optional marketing require their own consent. Refusing analytics does not prevent use of FORM.
The policy adopted on 16 October 2026 provides for reviewing and deleting data no longer needed: server drafts not saved with an email address after 30 days of inactivity; saved projects without an order after 12 months of inactivity, with at least 30 days’ notice before deletion; sample and order materials after 24 months from actual closure. Identifiable FORM journey statistics have a 90-day retention period. Periodic checks flag data for review; project deletion is handled separately and is neither immediate nor automatic. Older records are reviewed before action. Records needed for accounting obligations, open orders or disputes are handled separately. Archiving a project or removing a local draft does not delete server records. Request a review or deletion at contact@blacksealogi.com.
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent for optional processing without affecting its earlier lawfulness. Write to contact@blacksealogi.com; we may request only the information needed to verify your identity and locate the project. You may complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro), or the competent authority where you live or work. FORM generates illustrative proposals; it does not automatically approve production or conclude an order. We normally respond within one month of receipt. For complex or numerous requests, we may extend this by two further months and explain the reason within the first month. Do not send identity documents or private project links unless we specifically request them.
The service providers described below process relevant data for hosting, AI, email and payments. Some processing may take place outside the European Economic Area. Technical information needed for quotation, sampling or manufacturing may also be shared with the production team in China. Contact us for details of the recipients, relevant transfer arrangements and safeguards for your project. Do not upload unnecessary personal or sensitive data in logos, references or product documents. To arrange delivery, the recipient’s name and address may be shared with the manufacturer and shipping providers in China.
The contact form prepares the text in your browser. Opening WhatsApp passes that text to WhatsApp/Meta; it is not sent as a message to BlackSea LOGI until you press Send there.
FORM sends the brief, brand and product details, uploaded logos, artwork, references and product photos to our server. Projects, versions, generated assets and review records are saved using Cloudflare infrastructure. Browser storage also keeps drafts and project access information. If you provide an email address to save or follow the project, Cloudflare Email Service sends the private project link and operational messages about its requests, samples and payments. This service is separate from optional marketing.
OpenAI processes the brief and relevant supplied images to interpret requests, generate concepts and check results. The necessary project content is sent to this service when those functions are used; generated outputs and operational review records are stored with the project. For interpretation and review through the Responses API, we disable optional response storage. This does not mean zero retention: the provider may retain data for security, abuse prevention and applicable obligations; images and files also follow service-specific rules. Only send content needed for the project. Avoid identity documents, health data, credentials and unnecessary third-party personal information.
Stripe handles payment on its hosted checkout page. FORM sends the amount, currency and project, sample and offer references, and receives payment status and transaction identifiers. FORM does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.

Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. Its infrastructure processes technical request data and may set operational security cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits and performance in aggregate, separately from Google Analytics, without advertising cookies. These services operate under Cloudflare’s privacy information.
With analytics consent, FORM also uses a secure first-party cookie containing a random browser identifier, for up to 180 days. It measures which browsers open FORM and create a saved concept, using project and version references rather than brief text, logos or contact details. Internal test browsers and known test projects are excluded from visitor conversion figures. These counts identify browsers, not people across devices or verified paying customers. Withdrawing consent or enabling Global Privacy Control stops collection and removes the FORM analytics cookie. An explicitly enabled test-exclusion cookie is a separate functional preference.
Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after you accept optional analytics. It measures products deliberately explored or opened in the 3D collection and contact-link clicks; a click does not prove that a message was sent. It uses first-party cookies, including _ga, to help measure visits and site use. We send known page addresses and titles without query parameters, URL fragments or the original referring address. We do not send form contents, names, email addresses or phone numbers through our analytics events. Advertising consent, Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled. Google processes analytics and technical data under its own privacy information; processing may occur outside your country. The account is configured to retain user and event data for two months, without resetting the period on new activity. This setting does not determine retention of aggregated reports.
Accepting and refusing are equally available. Your choice is stored locally in this browser for six calendar months; Google analytics cookies are configured to last no longer than the remaining consent period. You can change or withdraw your choice using “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Withdrawal removes our Google analytics cookies and, if the tag was loaded, reloads the page without query parameters or fragments to stop it. It does not retroactively erase data already processed. A browser Global Privacy Control signal keeps Google Analytics off. Language and consent preferences are separate functional browser storage.
