We ask what recycled percentage you need and whether a mill data sheet is available. Visible fibres, specks and tone variation may be part of the look. We do not assume every recycled paper is FSC, compostable or suitable for every use.
The same grammage can behave differently in folds and walls. We check feel, stiffness, creasing, background coverage and colour accuracy. On dark or textured surfaces, the printed result should be checked on a real sample.
Recycled paper may need compatible supports, coatings or adhesives. A finished pack includes paper, print, finishes, insert and closure; the partner confirms feasibility and any higher MOQ.
