01
Measure the filled vessel
Include the widest diameter, total height with lid and filled weight. A tapered jar or raised foot may need different contact points from a straight cylinder. Labels, painted glass and decorative lids also need room so they do not scrape against a tight insert.
02
Choose the opening and support
A two-piece box offers a clear top-down presentation; a hinged box can hold a candle and an accessory together. The insert must support the jar from below, limit movement and leave finger access. We check the filled arrangement on a sample before confirming the structure.
03
Separate gifting from parcel protection
A presentation box alone does not demonstrate resistance to a courier journey. For online sales, discuss the outer carton and cushioning as part of the brief. Paper choice and finishes are evaluated for rubbing and the expected storage conditions; heat or fire performance is not assumed.
