From the first brief to project review
If you want to work through a guided brief, keep the project in one space: details, references, concept and versions. You can also speak directly with a designer on WhatsApp.
1. Describe the product or range
Start with the product, family, formats, indicative quantity for each model and destination. If details are missing, FORM clarifies them as you continue.
2. Explore the concept and structure
FORM organizes the brief and shows an illustrative direction and a 3D structure to discuss. The concept supports a decision; it does not replace a sample or technical validation.
3. Save and prepare the sample request
Save the project and review variants. When the data is sufficient, you can prepare the request in the Sample section with measurements, contact and delivery details; the offer and payment are shown and confirmed separately.
The concept and 3D model are indicative. Dimensions, materials, fit, sample, price and production require separate checks.

Individual cartons and a gift box can express the same brand. This illustrative study explores a coordinated family; it is not a physical sample or a completed client project.
Start with the ritual
Describe how many products make up the routine, how they are used and what the set should communicate. For example, a 50 ml jar, a pump bottle and a first run of 500 units need different inputs from a three-product gift set.
Build a recognisable family
Bottles, jars, single-dose plastic vials, cartons, kits, bags and roll packaging film play different roles in one range. Ivan leads the shared direction and BlackSea LOGI production, with a dedicated review for each model.
Fit follows the real products
An insert can organise the view; movement and protection requirements must be evaluated from the measurements, weight and fragility of each jar or bottle, including caps and pumps. A render cannot certify physical fit.
Move from concept to production
BlackSea LOGI develops creative direction, reviews the project and prepares production in China for its own branded projects. Materials, closures, quantity and destination must be confirmed before a price or sample. Design is included within the agreed scope.
Before you begin
What quantity makes sense for one model?
We work with projects from 250 pieces per model. The actual quantity, materials and customisation are confirmed for the specific project.
What should I provide before asking for a proposal?
Useful inputs include product dimensions, weight, closures or pumps, quantity per model, destination, intended use and visual references. FORM can record information that still needs confirmation.
What does a sample check?
A sample helps review structure, materials, finishes and fit against the real product. An illustrative concept alone does not verify physical fit or production readiness.
Who coordinates the project?
Ivan Lorenzo is the founder and project coordinator. BlackSea LOGI develops and supplies packaging, following creative direction, technical review and production within the agreed scope.
Can you develop our complete packaging range?
Yes. Ivan is your point of contact for the direction, development, review and production of the containers, cartons, kits, inserts, bags and roll film relevant to your range. Each model has its own quantities and review; the included stages are agreed in the brief and proposal.
I already have a bottle, jars or files. Can I start from them?
Yes. In FORM you can describe the products and attach a reference such as a logo, product photo or readable PDF, with its purpose. The reference clarifies the brief; it does not mean that dimensions, adaptation or compatibility have already been verified. Real dimensions, specifications and the sample are checked during the project.
