AN OPTIONAL FORM WORKFLOW

From the first brief to project review

If you want to work through a guided brief, keep the project in one space: details, references, concept and versions. You can also speak directly with a designer on WhatsApp.

  1. 1. Describe the product or range

Start with the product, family, formats, indicative quantity for each model and destination. If details are missing, FORM clarifies them as you continue.

  2. 2. Explore the concept and structure

FORM organizes the brief and shows an illustrative direction and a 3D structure to discuss. The concept supports a decision; it does not replace a sample or technical validation.

  3. 3. Save and prepare the sample request

Save the project and review variants. When the data is sufficient, you can prepare the request in the Sample section with measurements, contact and delivery details; the offer and payment are shown and confirmed separately.

The concept and 3D model are indicative. Dimensions, materials, fit, sample, price and production require separate checks.

Start with the real bottle

Share external height, width, depth, weight, glass shape, neck and closure. For a shaped or heavier bottle, include the widest points, protrusions and orientation during transport.

Folding carton, rigid box or discovery set?

A folding carton supports an individual format and efficient display; a rigid box builds a more structured presentation; a discovery set must organise several bottles or elements into a clear opening sequence. The choice depends on the product, quantity, distribution and project.

The closure changes the structure

Cap, pump, collar and bottle finish affect useful height, grip and insert space. Tolerances and protection cannot be inferred from a render; they require review against the product and agreed route.

A family, not an isolated box

When the project includes bottles, cartons, kits or bags, one visual direction can connect the formats. Ivan follows development and production of the agreed elements; each model keeps its own quantity and review.

Customisation with a clear scope

Paper, board, wrapping, print, foil, embossing, opening and inserts can be explored as direction. Materials, finishes, costs and feasibility are confirmed for the specific project before a proposal or sample.

Prepare the brief for review

FORM lets you describe the bottle, closure, quantity per model, destination, use and role of the carton, box or set. Projects are considered from 250 pieces per model; the exact price is confirmed after the project review.

From concept to sample

The first visual is an illustrative direction. Structure, insert, physical fit, measurements and production route require real data and technical review before production.

Before you begin

What data is needed for perfume packaging?

Provide external dimensions, weight, shape, neck, cap or pump, orientation, quantity per model, destination and visual references.

Do a folding carton and rigid box solve the same need?

No. They have different structures, volumes and uses. The choice is reviewed against the bottle, presentation and distribution route.

Can you coordinate the bottle, carton and a discovery set?

Yes, when they belong to the agreed brief. Ivan remains the point of contact and follows development and production; each model keeps its own quantity and review.

Does the render confirm that the bottle fits?

No. The render shows direction. Insert, tolerances and fit against the real bottle require data and technical review, potentially through a sample.

What quantities do you review?

We work with projects from 250 pieces per model. Quantity, materials and customisation are confirmed for the specific project.

I already have a bottle, jars or files. Can I start from them?

Yes. In FORM you can describe the products and attach a reference such as a logo, product photo or readable PDF, with its purpose. The reference clarifies the brief; it does not mean that dimensions, adaptation or compatibility have already been verified. Real dimensions, specifications and the sample are checked during the project.
