FLEXIBLE PACKAGING · BLACKSEA LOGI
Custom roll film, sachets and flexible packaging.
Flexible packaging can mean different products. BlackSea LOGI separates roll film for forming and filling from preformed sachets and rigid single-dose vials, so the brief starts with the real process.

Indicative visual direction; structure, materials and compatibility require review for the real project.
Roll film and sachets are different
Roll film is printed material formed and sealed on a compatible filling line. A sachet can be supplied preformed or made from roll film on a filling line. Dimensions, seals and opening need to match that process. A rigid single-dose vial is a different container with its own closure and filling review.
The process decides the format
Review needs the product, pack size, seal type, unwind direction, filling machine or process, artwork and destination. Material and barrier properties are defined and confirmed in technical documentation; they are not inferred from a concept.
A proposal that stays clear
FORM can organise references and artwork while the brief is incomplete. The visual is conceptual; film metres or kilograms, sachet count, tooling, sample and production depend on the agreed format and scope.

Frequently asked questions
Is roll film the same as a single-dose vial?
No. Film is flexible material for forming and sealing; a vial is a rigid container with a closure and a different review.
What is the minimum order?
Roll film is quoted by format, metres, kilograms or production lot. Preformed sachets are quoted separately. Ask for a format-specific minimum; the 250-piece reference for other packaging does not automatically apply.
Can you guarantee a barrier?
Barrier depends on material structure and contents; a documented specification and supplier confirmation are required.
Is a sample available?
A sample can be considered once the format is technically defined and included in the agreed scope.
