01
Start with the hinge and closure
The spine needs enough room to move without pulling the covering paper. Magnet position, board thickness and the front flap affect how the lid aligns and how much force it takes to open. These details are assessed together on a sample; a render cannot demonstrate holding force.
02
Make room for the actual product
Caps, pumps and decorative elements can extend beyond the main container. The insert must support the product without lifting it into the lid. We consider finger access, the orientation of labels and whether a customer should remove one item or the entire set first.
03
Choose the covering with the construction
Smooth, recycled or textured papers create different surfaces and may respond differently to folds, foil and rubbing. Share your preferred paper reference and quantity per model. Availability, minimum quantity and compatibility are confirmed with the production partner before an exact proposal.
